Genuine Pine Tar is produced from resinous pinewood. It is used for wood preservation of cottages, splint roofs, boats, bridges etc. An old recipe is equal parts Genuine Pine Tar, gum turpentine and linseed oil, raw or boiled.
Common uses: Soaps, Wood products, Shampoo, Bats, Fences, Water repellent, veterinary purposes

Kiln Burned Pine tar is a pure natural product produced by the old fashioned kiln burning of pine tree stumps. This type of tar is characterized by high resin content, low content of pitch and high purity. Kiln Burned Pine Tar is a high performance tar especially for medical purposes but also for veterinary use as well as for wood and wood preservation.
Common uses: Shampoos, soaps, expectorants, ointments against allergic rash, psoriasis and eczema.

Imprex is a special light-color tar extracted from pinewood. The main use is for wood and oakum and rope preservation. It can also be used with transparent color pastes for making wood stains.
Common uses: wood preservation
Imprex shouldl be mixed with linseed oil before use. Petroleum solvent or gum turpentine can be used as diluents.
